Shipping Policy

Made to Order
Each Jolly Jigsaw puzzle is printed and assembled specifically for your order. This means there's a short production step before your puzzle ships. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, regardless of how many puzzles you buy.

Delivery Times
After production is complete, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. All told, please expect approximately 1–2 weeks from the day you order to the day your puzzle arrives.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your puzzle's journey to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package appears lost in transit, please email us at support@jollyjigsaw.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, though an additional shipping charge may apply.
